Black History Month 2023

Black History Month 2023

How tf did I post a graphic design for Black History Month for 28 days????

Y’all OMG Black History Month this month was tiring!!! I definitely was experiencing heavy creative burn out towards the middle of the month. I’m learning that 30 days is the perfect amount of time for me to do someone consistently everyday, I can’t go longer than that Lmao. I was working with some clients while I was doing this and I need a few days to reset cuz my creativity is a little brittled and I’m at 50% motivation rn, I’m normally at about 80% on average.

this was the process of this cloud design i did!

I always mindlessly scroll through pinterest, SAVEE, Shuffles for when future Isis needs inspiration. This clear text had been in there for a lil while, mostly because the program used to create it is Blender. But i felt like i could create something similar in PS.

"COZY"

Working with the Cozy team has been so inspiring and refreshing. I'm very grateful to have been granted with opportunity to work with them on a few projects, and I cant wait to see what's in store for the future!

SPACE THEMED APPAREL

Atlas 58 was a logo concept that I had the freedom of coming up with. I was presented with this mood board from my client and was told I can do whatever I felt was necessary. The client said they wanted to preserve the space theme without having the cheesy, predictable elements. I decided to focus on the softness of a spacesuit, given this is on track to be a clothing brand. The client and I had so many great brainstorming sessions and I'm excited to see what else we can come up with.

This logo challanged me a little bit

My brain has ideas that my hands have trouble completing sometimes. I knew exactly what I wanted to show the client but, I didn't know how to do it. There were a lot of tutorials and Trial + error, but ultimatley photoshop in house tutorials came in clutch. The answer was in my face all along and i find that to be ironic. Although my favorite was the third one, the client immediately knew that the first one was it!
